Return Policy

Items with embroidery are not eligible for a refund unless there is a defect or an embroidery error. Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, you can contact us by clicking the chat icon found on our website boosblankets.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note the following:

  • All returns must be unused and unwashed, be returned in the original packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued in the amount paid for and will be credited to the original payment method.

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
